The majority of our products are hand-stitched tackle twill to provide an exceptional quality uniform in an authentic style. We also offer sublimated uniforms for a lighter garment and for those wanting to make a statement with an elaborate design.

Tackle Twill is made by cutting pieces of one material and applying them to the surface of another material. This is the most sturdy and long lasting form of uniform customisation, and is the method used by most professional sports teams. Also, no other manufacturing style provides an authentic and bold look to your design like Tackle Twill.

Sublimation is the process of printing directly onto the material. Rather than weaving, embroidering or screen printing a design, sublimation applies the pigment directly into fabric in a vibrant and colorfast way. Ideal for very intricate or elaborate designs.

Screen printing is one of the earliest methods of clothing printing and involves the passing of ink through a mesh screen that is stretched over a frame. This process which is most often used for the printing of t-shirts and is a lower quality, cost effective option. The downside to this process is the print does not last as long as all other methods and because the set-up is time consuming this method does not suit unique information per garment like names and numbers.

We don’t charge more for any extras: whether it’s a completely unique design, individual player names on the back of your uniforms, a logo or numbers on your shorts, everything is included in the listed price. We can manufacture any design idea you can think of. If you can dream it, we can make it happen.

We will have all previous orders saved in our system so you can easily return to us for reordering. If you’ve just taken over the administration of a club, we would be happy to provide any past order history to help with your records. Please note: getting an absolute perfect colour match from one dye lot to another is impossible. Therefore we cannot guarantee a perfect match, but we will do our very best to match orders and materials as closely as possible to ensure a seamless look.

We recommend you closely look at our size charts and measure each player individually to ensure a perfect fit. We use industry standard sizing. All sizing information is based on uniform measurements, not body measurements, which gives you the ability to correctly fit uniforms to players.
